Darwin - Provision of Maintenance Services - Leanyer and Palmerston Water Parks for a Period of 60 Months - Mandatory Site Inspection

The contractor will be required to identify and undertake maintenance and minor repair works including some corrective actions at both the Leanyer and Palmerston Water Parks.

It is expected that the facilities, grounds and water quality will be maintained to the highest standards and a strong working relationship be formed with other contractors and the department. The contractor will be required to identify and where required report non-conformance issues to the department.

The contractor will be required to staff the facilities during all operating hours.
