Darwin Region - Jabiru - Construct New Health Centre, Renal Unit and Morgue

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:

The New Jabiru Health Centre will replace the existing Health Clinic in Jabiru, which is no longer considered fit for purpose and operates at above optimal capacity, and is out of date with current health guidelines.

The Works comprise the construction of a new;

Single storey New Health Centre, inclusive of a Renal Dialysis Unit,
Stand-alone Morgue building 
Stand-alone Toilet Block.
·         The total GFA is 1800 sqm approximately.

·         The buildings comprise concrete footings and slabs, load bearing blockwork walls and steel truss roof framing supporting a steel clad roof.

The Works are inclusive of;

All civil works inclusive of a new access road, car parks and delivery areas, pathways and stormwater drainage.
Building services including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire services.
Landscaping.
