Darwin - Wishart Industrial Precinct - Stage 2 Subdivision Civil Construction Works

Construction of Stage 2 of Wishart Industrial Precinct which will provide 2 larger scale allotments for industrial/commercial use totalling approximately 5.5 hectares. the works will include:

  • Earthworks
  • Testing
  • Stormwater drainage installation
  • Construction of a new road network
  • Construction of a temporary Haul Road
  • Line Marking and Signage
  • Various Concrete works 
  • Water reticulation
  • Water reticulation.
  • Electrical reticulation and installations including HV feeders and street lighting.
  • Telecommunication reticulation.
  • Fencing.
  • Erosion and sediment control measures including finalisation and approval of the erosion and sediment control plan(s) for the Subdivision, Haul Road and Quarry.
  •  Traffic management.
  • Provision of ‘As Constructed’ Drawings. 
  • Power and Water Corporation Accredited Hydraulic Works Certification.
  • Chartered Engineer Certification of the Works.
  • Authority clearances at works completion
