Provision of Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Installation of Fire Systems and Resources for a Period of 60 Months

Territory Generation (TGen) is seeking a suitably qualified and resourced
contractor to provide testing and maintenance services associated with fixed
and portable fire protection systems at various TGen owned power station sites.
The contract is aimed at fulfilling regulated Essential Services Maintenance
responsibilities with respect to fixed and portable fire protection systems to
ensure adequate levels of preventive maintenance leading to robust asset
protection which includes:
• Improve levels of system performance, reliability, and availability;
• Provide effective breakdown response and rectification;
• Fulfil the owner's statutory maintenance and legal responsibilities;
• Develop and maintain installation and maintenance management and
reporting systems;
• Provide a single point of responsibility for the testing and maintenance of fire
protection systems and
• Establish Key Performance Indicators to measure maintenance performance.
