This Expression of Interest is seeking Proponents to conduct end-to-end solution design and implementation of new technology solutions or an uplift of current technology solutions. PWC’s key objectives for this EOI are as follows: •To identify a suitable solution integration partner(s) that is capable of delivering solution integration services across one or more of the six capability areas outlined in this EOI; •To identify solution(s) that are fit for purpose, scalable (for PWC’s business and size), and that meet PWC’s requirements across electricity (regulated and unregulated) and water businesses in urban, rural and remote regions. Where possible, the solution(s) should be capable of being designed for reuse for the gas business; •To identify a solution and high level implementation plan that can support PWC’s obligations in the Meter to Cash capability area •To identify the most efficient and prudent approach to solution design, with out-of-the-box solution(s) preferred if new technology solutions are proposed; •To understand the options for the sequencing of the design and delivery phases across all six capability areas and the value/risk trade-offs associated with each option; and •To help PWC shape the next stage of the procurement process (after the EOI stage) which includes designing an appropriate commercial framework for delivery of the solution(s).
