Tennant Creek - Barkly Region - Panel Contract for Building Repairs and Maintenance of All Government Buildings for a Period of 36 Months

The Panel Contract includes the reactive maintenance and repair of building fabric and associated components, typical works include and are not limited to the repairs to doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, roofing, fencing, accessways, fixtures and fittings together with the rectification of damage, deterioration and building defects. Immediate 24 hour aviailability to make buildings secure and safe. All works shall be delivered in compliance of the relevant Australian Standard.
