Alice Springs Region - Mulga Park Road - Lift and Gravel Re-sheet from 117.8 to 124.0 km

A general outline of the works to be undertaken comprises the lift and gravel re-sheet on Mulga Park Road. The existing road has deteriorated significantly, with a low surface level contributing to ongoing drainage issues and reduced safety for road users. To address these concerns, the following activities will be carried out to improve the overall quality, functionality, and safety of the road.

* Removal of windrows to restore wider road formation.
* Earthworks in fill to lift and level the road surface.
* Construct 8 m wide and 150 mm thick base course with gravel material imported from nominated gravel pits.
*Reconstruct/Reinstatement of the existing table drain block to improve surface water runoff.
*Reconstruct/ Reinstatement of the existing off let drain.
