Provision of Recruitment Services for a Period of 36 Months

Territory Generation (TGen) maintains principal offices and operational facilities in Darwin, Alice Springs, Katherine, Tennant Creek, and Yulara. TGen has an ongoing requirement, on an as-needed basis, to engage recruitment service providers for hard-to-fill positions, executive recruitment, and labour hire services across a broad range of work categories.
To address these recruitment requirements, TGen intends to establish a panel arrangement comprising suitably qualified providers within the following categories:

•Hard-to-Fill Vacancies
•Executive Positions
•Labour Hire Services

It proposes this contract to establish relationships with providers for engagement services to meet short to medium periods that cannot be met from within existing resources.
