INTRODUCTIONPower and Water Corporation (Power and Water) seek to engage suitable qualified Contractors/Consultants to undertake their bi-annual depth to water monitoring program until July 2029.The engaged Contractor/Consultancy will need to manage remote field travel and safe and independent monitoring activities across six (6) monitoring periods and process and report to Power and Water all data and findings in an efficient manner.BACKGROUNDPower and Water undertake depth to groundwater level monitoring in 92 Urban Centres and Remote Aboriginal Communities across the Northern Territory.  Depth to groundwater level monitoring largely consists of collecting manual depth to groundwater level measurements as well as downloading data from continuous dataloggers installed within selected production and observation bores.Depth to groundwater level is monitored and collected at least twice-yearly by trained technicians to ensure accurate and valid data is added to the on-going assessment of the status and condition of the groundwater resources used by Power and Water for water supply purposes.Refer to the RFT documents for all details.

The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (DLI) is seeking to undertake Stage 1 priority remedial works for the Garawa 2 Town Camp Road Remediation in Borroloola, NT.This project involves the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Road 1, which is the primary internal road servicing the Garawa 2 Town Camp and has been identified as the most heavily trafficked and critically degraded section of the network. The scope of works includes floodway construction, pavement rehabilitation and widening, installation of concrete kerbing and driveways, formalised roadside drainage, and traffic control measures. All works will be delivered under brownfield conditions, requiring careful coordination with existing above-and below- ground services. Contractors must demonstrate experience in regional infrastructure delivery, remote logistics, and compliance with relevant NT design and construction standards. 

The Territory has a requirement for a suitably qualified Community Housing Provider (CHP) to undertake the Redevelopment of St Mary’s Project (the Project). 

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of upgrading and sealing approximately 15km of unsealed road as shown on the Contract Drawings. The scope includes, but is not limited to:·         Upgrade of unsealed road to a sealed single carriageway standard;·         Installation of reinforced concrete box culverts and pipes at various locations;·         Road re-alignments at various locations;·         Construction of intersections and light vehicle accesses at various locations;·         Tie into existing sealed road near the ‘Threeways’ intersection;·         Construction of roadside drainage and protection works; ·         Spray sealing (14mm primerseal / 7mm S10E);·         Pavement marking and installation of road furniture, including road safety barriers;·         Transition to the existing unsealed road;·         Rehabilitation of site, including all disturbed areas such as old road alignments, gravel pits, campsite, laydown areas, access roads and turn-around areas.

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of undertaking the traffic management duties in accordance with this specification, the Australian Standards 1742.3 and the NTG standard SSCM clauses for Provision for Traffic in the Alice Springs Region.All on site traffic management services as required, to safely facilitate both scheduled maintenance activities and emergency response works. This will include the supply, installation, maintenance and removal of all required traffic control devices, signage and associated equipment.
