The Goods may include waste products and/or contaminants such as cable insulation; the Tenderer is to consider the waste products as part of their submission.Contractor is responsible for managing any residual oil during transportation and ensure there is no environmental impact.Scrap metal bins must remain in Alice Springs, and the scrap metal bins will not be exchanged. Handling of the contents is solely the responsibility of the tenderer.

Darwin - Peter McAulay Centre - Supply and Install Roof Inspection Hatches

Due to the amount of rust on the internal roof structure from water damage within roof cavity, periodic inspections and maintenance to the Peter McAulay Centre roof structure are required. There is currently no access to the roof cavity without the removal of roof sheeting and existing vapour barrier. To carry out inspections, monitoring of the rust and maintenance, installation of 12 x cyclonic rated roof hatches to roofs are required.
