Gravel re-sheet works at various locations on Ringwood Road, Tortilla Flats with a combined length of 4km. Works include but are not limited to re-claiming, re-formation and compaction of existing road as per DLI standards CS-3609; Extraction and processing of natural gravel materials from gravel pit located on Ringwood Road to achieve a type - 2 material; hauling placing, shaping and compacting type 2 material to form a 200mm thick pavement. All works are to be completed as per DLI standard drawing CS-3609.

Historical water demand patterns indicate that the community’s water usage has frequently exceeded the current Borefield's production capacity, even with all the four existing bores operating concurrently.There are also concerns about water quality, primarily attributed to excessive levels of fluoride, hardness, and iron, resulting in water that does not consistently meet the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines (ADWG) standards.

Royal Darwin Hospital - Replacement of Laundry Tanks and Associated Pipework

The works include, but are not limited to, the decommissioning of the existing laundry water tank system at Royal Darwin Hospital and the installation of two new 50 KL stainless steel sectional water tanks, associated pressure pump system, and required structural, hydraulic, electrical and civil works. The scope includes excavation and construction of concrete footings and slab, installation of a cyclone-rated external tank enclosure designed to meet IL4 operational resilience requirements, completion of all service connections, and commissioning of the system in accordance with the approved design documentation and relevant standards. Upon completion, the system will be fully commissioned, redundant infrastructure made safe, and all disturbed areas reinstated to as was or better.
