Darwin - Farrell Crescent Equipment Store - Supply Delivery and Installation of Roofing and Sisalation.A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises the removal and replacement of roof sheeting to an existing equipment store facility, including the supply and installation of new roof sheeting, sisalation, and industrial fans to enhance internal airflow and environmental performance. The contractor will be responsible for all associated labour, materials, access equipment, and disposal of existing roofing in accordance with applicable safety, environmental, and building standards. All works must comply with relevant Australian Standards and departmental requirements, ensuring a weatherproof, durable, and fit for purpose outcome. The project is expected to commence in early June 2026 and be completed by the end of June 2026.

Power and Water customers have consistently indicated a need for simpler, more transparent interactions and more intuitive digital tools. Current digital channels are fragmented, inconsistent, and not fully aligned with Power and Water’s Statement of Corporate Intent (SCI) objectives to modernise services and empower customers, as well as the Customer Experience (CX) Strategy.The Customer Portal initiative will address this gap through the delivery of a of a modern self-service solution. This will enable customers to access and manage services in a more seamless and efficient way, reducing reliance on manual processes and call centre interactions.
