To obtain a panel of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide services and components to support existing and new public Wi-Fi and Standalone Internet services at Northern Territory Government (NTG) All of Government (AoG) sites across the Territory.

Power and Water require a new contracted supply arrangements for a range of Cable, Conductor and Wire (“CCW”) Goods. These CCW Goods encompass a range of items including but not limited to the following:·       Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) cables up to 66kV·       Overhead bare conductors and Aerial Bundled Conductors (ABC)·       General power and lighting cables·       Data, control and communications cables·       Optical Ground Wires (OPGW)This Contract is for the supply and delivery of Cable, Conductor and Wire to PWC, in accordance with Power and Water’s Standard Technical Specifications Power (STSP) which are provided with this document.  Tenderers are required to provide pricing Free Into Store (FIS) to the sites listed in Clause 5.6 ‘Delivery Sites’, as per Returnable Schedule 1 – Items and Costs FIS.Refer to the RFT documentation for the full scope of requirements.

PWC provides essential electricity, water, sewerage and related services across the Northern Territory, including metropolitan, regional and remote locations.PWC currently delivers field services through multiple contracts, suppliers, delivery models and internal accountabilities. These arrangements support a broad range of operational, maintenance, inspection and asset-support activities across different service categories, asset classes and geographic locations.While the current arrangements continue to support day-to-day service delivery, evolving service requirements, compliance obligations and asset complexity are increasing the importance of effective coordination, service visibility and delivery performance. PWC is therefore considering its longer-term approach to the support, coordination and delivery of selected field services.The market assessment will consider capability relevant to the support, coordination and delivery of field-based operational, maintenance and related support services across PWC’s metropolitan, regional and remote operating environments.Indicative areas may include:·         remote essential-services support;·         selected site and facilities services; ·         selected repair and maintenance services, including planned, reactive and specialist (incl. critical response) activities; and·         related field-service support and enabling capabilities;Construction services, including design and construction activities associated with brownfield and greenfield power and water infrastructure works, are outside the scope being assessed through this EOI.PWC is nevertheless interested in developing a broader understanding of relevant market capability. Proponents may therefore provide a brief, high-level overview of their capability in these areas for PWC’s information and potential future consideration. This information will not form part of the assessment of responses to this EOI or affect the outcome of the EOI process.These areas are indicative only and do not represent a confirmed future scope, service bundle, or procurement approach.

The Northern Territory Police Force is to engage experienced cleaning companies to provide cleaning services for the Tennant Creek Police Station, Watch House, Visitors Officers Quarters and Single Officers Quarters for a period of 36 months.
