Power and Water’s Technology landscape comprises of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments (applications, systems, infrastructure, network, hardware). Power and Water operates critical infrastructure and requires access to a broad range of specialist and generalist technology capabilities to support business operations, regulatory obligations, cybersecurity requirements, and long-term digital transformation objectives. Power and Water is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced technology service providers for strategic partnerships for multiple categories within Technology. Power and Water aims to modify its approach to sourcing technology services from bespoke contracts for small bundles of work to enterprise-level strategic arrangements across ICT and OT environments. This Request for Tender (RFT) is an open-market engagement, offering an opportunity to small-to-large technology service providers to participate and provide best-in-class technology and commercial solutions to Power and Water. This Request for Tender (RFT) covers five categories across ICT and OT services. The anticipated spend across the categories depends on the supplier capabilities and the final scope awarded to the suppliers. The Department of People, Sport and Culture is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced valuers to undertake valuations of the Agency’s non-financial assets for financial reporting purposes. The valuations are required to support preparation of the Agency’s Annual Financial Statements for the year ending 30 June of each relevant financial year and must comply with:Australian Accounting Standards, including:           - AASB 13 – Fair Value Measurement           - AASB 116 – Property, Plant and Equipment           - AASB 136 – Impairment of AssetsTreasurer’s Directions issued under the Northern Territory Financial Management Act 1995Library and Archival Standards relevant to heritage and information collectionsCouncil of Australasian Museum Directors (CAMD) guidance: Australian Framework for the Valuation of Public Sector Collections for General Purpose Financial Reporting (1 November 2018).In accordance with the above standards and legislation, all assets must be subject to a formal valuation by independent valuers at least once every five years.This procurement will establish a rolling five-year valuation program, under which the collections and asset classes will be divided into sub-collections and valued in annual stages.

Gimbat Road upgrade from chainage 20.51km to 25.15km will consist of raising the formation to improve wet season performance and immunity. This 4.6km section will consist of a 7m wide gravel carriageway and include construction of 12 culvert structures and five major concrete floodways.  Upgrades from chainage 25.15km to 25.5km consist of improving the approaches to the South Alligator River crossing and will include formalisation of table drains and construction of a 7m wide bitumen sealed pavement.  Works on Gimbat Road must be delivered “under traffic” with minimal disruption to the public and minimal clearing beyond the existing disturbed footprint.Gunlom Road upgrade from chainage 2.30km to 8.65km will consist of the construction of a new road up and out of the South Alligator River flood zone to improve wet season performance and immunity. This 6.35km section will consist of a 7m wide gravel carriageway and include significant works in cut and fill, 4.2km of catch drain, construction of 30 culvert structures and two major concrete floodways. Works on Gunlom Road must be delivered “under traffic” with minimal disruption to the public. The works for both packages will generally include: Safety, quality and environmental; planning, control and compliance throughout the duration of the works. Plan, implement and maintain labour and resourcing to ensure Local Content is maximised and the Indigenous Participation targets are achieved.Provision for Traffic planning, control and compliance throughout the duration of the works. Establishment, maintenance and demobilisation of all site facilities and resources.Earthworks in cut and fill to balance and prepare the formation.Extraction, crushing, screening and processing natural gravel to produce subgrade and base course material in accordance gravel specified properties. Pavement works consisting typically of 200mm compacted base course. Drainage works including construction of floodways, culverts and associated protection works. Supply and installation of road furniture.

Design reef modules as per output specification in RFT, seek client approval of design phases, construct approved modules, deploy modules to approved area undertake benthic studies and bathymetric studies to ensure deployment area has sufficient cover for shipping, and will provide a stable environment, deploy artificial reef modules to approved area. 

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the contract comprises of the pressure clean, preparation and painting of the exterior surfaces/structures of the Berrimah Fire Station Complex. This project will also include painting specific interior surfaces and structures. The works will consist of the pressure washing, preparation, minor surface crack repairs and installation of new signage.The works comprise of all labour, materials, fabrications, supply, applications, installations and necessary inspections to complete the works.
