The Department of Health is seeking a single entity to provide Haemodialysis Services across the Northern Territory.The requirement is for patient treatment in urban dialysis centres, remote communities in renal facilities and patient homes. The capability of providing Plasma Exchange (PE) services in the Darwin and Alice Springs region is also included in this tender.Offers must include as a minimum but not limited to the following:Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of:·         haemodialysis machines (HD) with haemodiafiltration capability.·         Home Haemodialysis machines.·         Able to monitor effective dialysis dose, access flow and recirculation.·         Water treatment plants (reverse osmosis (RO) units and all components of pre-filtration required for dialysis).·         Individual portable reverse osmosis filtration units.·         Water chillers for ROs and portable ROs.·         Dialysis appropriate chairs.·         Bedside trolleys.·         Device integration with NT Health electronic patient record – Acacia.Ongoing service provision including but not limited to:·         Equipment maintenance.·         Onsite Technical Support·         Technical backup.·         Spare parts.·         Water testing to demonstrate safe water for dialysis.·         Dialysis technology.·         Supply of all consumables.Katherine Dialysis Clinic, 122 Casuarina Street Katherine East NT 0850, and Alice Springs Dialysis Clinic , 33 Gap Road, Alice Springs NT 0870 are excluded from this tender. The Power and Water Corporation (PWC) manages a large portfolio of transmission structures across the Northern Territory. These include 66 kV and 132 kV lattice towers, guyed towers, poles made up of concrete and steel, A frame and I beam structures that operate in harsh environmental conditions and require inspection to maintain safety, reliability and regulatory compliance.PWC is seeking a qualified tenderer to provide drone inspection services for transmission structures. The tenderer shall be responsible for capturing high-resolution RGB and thermal aerial imagery, identifying defects and anomalies, and delivering comprehensive inspection reports with mapped results in ArcGIS or an approved alternative platform.The tenderer shall undertake all inspection activities in accordance with the reference guideline document. The tenderer may propose additional inspection activities where these enhance the overall condition assessment. Referenced documents which are part of the scope shall be reviewed to understand the full requirements. Any proposed deviations from the specified scope or the guideline must be clearly identified and supported with justification.

The Department of Health are seeking to establish a panel contract for the provision of clinical coding and auditing of clinical coding, including education services for a period of 36 months. The services may be required onsite at any of the six Northern Territory public hospitals. 

Upgrade of the Stuart Highway and Bees Creek Road intersection including:Convert existing Stuart Highway and Bees Creek Road left turn to full deceleration slip lane.Upgrade Stuart Highway right turn lane to Bees Creek Road. Upgrade of the street lighting at the intersection. 

Upgrading the air-conditioning system at the Nocturnal House within Desert Park. The scope of works includes the removal and disposal of the existing air-conditioning units, construction of a new concrete slab to accommodate the replacement system, supply and installation of a new air-conditioning unit, and all necessary modifications to the existing duct work to ensure full integration and functionality of the new system.
